  • Membership application fee is $95 (S&H Included)
  • Please submit application in a timely basis. Headquarters requires 3-4 weeks to receive, process, and mail certificate/Honor Regalia.

Purchasing Honor Regalia has variable shipping options that you can select within the order.

This is in addition to the $95 membership application:

  • SHIP via USPS: Add $10
  • SHIP via FedEx Ground: Add $20
  • SHIP via FedEx 2-Day: Add $35
  • SHIP via FedEx Next Day Air: Add $40

All materials will be shipped to the home address listed on your application. Orders returned for insufficient or incorrect addresses will not be re-shipped until an additional $15 fee is paid.
