Scholarships—Now Available

Attention Applicants

When choosing a scholarship, read all the required information and follow the stipulated guidelines. Guidelines vary by scholarship. All applicants must be official Alpha Phi Sigma members (chapter-associated students are not APS members and do not qualify for scholarships/awards).

Instructions

When you click on a scholarship link to apply, you will be prompted to open an account (username and password). This account allows you to apply for multiple scholarships, awards, and/or grants.

Individual Scholarships

Choose a scholarship, click on the link, and apply. (Deadline: January 25, 2026)

Chapter Awards

  • Choose the Chapter Award, follow the guidelines, and apply.
  • Chapter awards applications may require only a notice to participate, and in some instances, require additional information to be uploaded to the application.
  • The chapter advisor must complete the “Statement of Support” section for each chapter scholarship. (Deadline: January 25, 2026)

At the Conference Scholarships & Awards

Open to all Alpha Phi Sigma official members. Chapter-associated students are not APS members and cannot participate in scholarships and/or awards. Click the link below.

Crime Scene Investigation Pre-Registration

Applicants who wish to compete in the Crime Scene Investigation MUST complete the Crime Scene Pre-Registration form. A team may have up to 20 members to participate; however, due to size restraints at the hotel, only 5 members from the team will be shown the crime scene. Those who do not enter the crime scene may help with forensics/review of photographs/report building, etc. Chapters that have fewer than 5 members registered may be paired with another team. (Deadline: February 25, 2026)

Advisor Grants

Advisor Grants will be open from January 1 through February 15, 2026.
